Call Disposition Outcome Categories

By assigning Call Outcome Categories to Call Dispositions, you unlock the potential to report meaningfully on whether your calls are resulting in outcomes that are positive, negative, or simply neutral.
To categorize dispositions, you first need to ensure the “Manage Call Dispositions” setting is enabled for your account. That setting can be found on the RingDNA > Call Actions page. (Learn more about customizing call dispositions in Revenue by clicking here.)
 
Outcome Categories
All Call Dispositions managed within the Revenue.io Admin Console can have one of four different Outcome Categories assigned to them. Below are each of these Outcome Categories and example Call Dispositions that could belong to them.

Positive

Use this Outcome Category for Dispositions that are Positive. Here are a few examples of Positive Call Dispositions:

  • Opportunity Advancement
  • Meeting Booked
  • Product Demo Booked

Negative

Use this Outcome Category for Dispositions that are Negative. Here are a few examples of Negative Call Dispositions:

  • SPAM
  • Do Not Call
  • Objection - Not Interested

Neutral

Use this Outcome Category for Dispositions that are neither Positive or Negative. Here are a few examples of Neutral Call Dispositions:

  • Left Voicemail
  • Support Call
  • Wrong Number

Uncategorized

When selected, the Call Disposition will have no Outcome Category assigned to it. 

 

Getting Started

  • Log into the Admin Console
  • Click on the RingDNA option in the left hand navigation and select Call Actions
  • Click on the Manage Call Dispositions tab

Add Outcome Categories to existing Call Dispositions

To assign an Outcome Category to an existing Call Disposition:
  • locate the specific Call Disposition in the table
  • click the edit/pencil icon in the Disposition's table row
  • select an option from the "Outcome Category" dropdown
  • click Save

 

Add Outcome Categories to new Call Dispositions

To assign an outcome Category to a new Call Disposition:
  • click the "Add Disposition" button
  • enter a "Name" value for your new Call Disposition
  • select an option from the "Outcome Category" dropdown
  • optionally assign teams
  • click Save
