When a user attempts to log in to the application using their Salesforce Credentials, they are presented with an error indicating that their user was deleted with code “UserDeleted”
An administrator on the account has removed the user’s access privileges by deleting/deactivating their license.
As a first step, contact your administrator to determine why the user was deleted. If you are not sure who that is, contact your manager. Revenue.io Support is not able to assist with reactivating a user without permission from the account administrator.
