SymptomWhen a user attempts to sign in for the first time and generate their ringDNA number, they are presented with an error which states the maximum number of smart numbers have been provisioned.
The company’s account has reached its limit for provisioned phone numbers. No additional numbers can be provisioned until this limit is increased.
TroubleshootingAs a ringDNA Administrator
- Log into theAdmin Console
- Click on the Account in the left nav menu
- Select the Licenses tab on the top menu
- Click the Add Request button to submit a license request
