Finding call information in Salesforce is easy.
Step 1: Click on the contact record page in Salesforce and scroll down to the Activities section. There you'll see a list of inbound and outbound calls associated with the contact's phone number. |

Step 2: Click on any call activity. This will open up a call details page. This page includes call duration, a link to the call recording (if any), as well as any data resulting from call tools you might have used on the RingDNA Communications Hub, such as call ratings, call notes or call disposition. |
