How to Log Call Notes with RingDNA

Revenue enables you to quickly add Call Notes right from your RingDNA Communications Hub. These notes are automatically logged in Salesforce against the call record. 

Step 1: During or following a call, click the Call Tools icon on the right side of your dialer.

Step 2: Add a note and click Save

Note: If custom additional fields are configured for your user's profile, then an "Additional Fields" tab will be visible and the Save button will instead say "Next". Click "Next" to proceed to the "Additional Fields" tab, where you can save. (Not shown here.)

Step 3: After clicking Save, the note will automatically be logged against the call record in Salesforce.
