If you get a call from an unknown record, but then realize that the number is associated with an existing account, you have the ability to add a caller to an existing record directly from your RingDNA Communications Hub.
Step 1: While on active or previous call, click into Add to Existing |

Step 2: Enter Lead, Contact, or Account name in the search field and hit enter or click the magnifying glass icon. |

Step 3: Locate your desired record from the list that populates below the search form. |
|
Step 4: Choose a type that you would like to save this number as. Click the Select Button next the desired type and RingDNA Communications Hub will then instantly associate the number to this record. |
