How to Log Emails in Salesforce from RingDNA Dialer

Agents can reduce clicks and improve productivity by initiating Salesforce emails within the Intelligent Dialer. Reps can use existing lighting or classic email templates to standardize their email responses or create a new customized email. 

When an email is sent from the Intelligent Dialer, all email activities are logged back to Salesforce automatically in real-time, giving reps additional context and team leaders an instant paper trail with prospects. 


Setup in Classic

Step 1: Log in to your Salesforce Org and click on your name in the menu bar. Then select My Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Click Email in the sidebar and select My Email to Salesforce

Step 3: Copy the address in the Your Email to Salesforce address field

Step 4: Open RingDNA Dialer and select Settings. Then turn on the Log Emails to Salesforce feature and paste the link into the Email field.

When an email address is present on a Lead or Contact's page in Dialer a  icon will appear next to the address.

When the icon is clicked, Revenue will open Salesforce email in a new tab.

Setup in Lightning

Step 1: Log in to your Salesforce Org, click on your user avatar in the menu bar, and select Settings.

Step 2: Click Email in the sidebar and select My Email to Salesforce

Step 3: Copy the address in the Your Email to Salesforce address field.

Step 4: Open RingDNA Dialer and select Settings. Then turn on the Log Emails to Salesforce feature and paste the link into the Email field.
