How to Enable Mandatory Call Dispositions





When you capture call outcomes, you create an incredibly valuable top-down view of your reps’ daily activities. Enable the Call Disposition Required setting in the Admin Console, so reps are required to disposition the last call they completed before they can continue dialing.

Step 1: Log in to Admin Console  
Step 2: Click on the RingDNA nav option  
Step 3: Click on the Call Actions sub-nav option
Step 4: Enable the Dispositions Required setting by selecting to make Dispositions required for Inbound calls, Outbound calls, or All calls.
