Filtering Insights by Disposition

Dispositions managed by allow customers to understand the outcome of any given conversation. Dispositions can be used in Conversation AI Insight reports to filter both Conversation Etiquette, or Keyword reports based on the outcome of conversations across your organization, a team, or an individual user. 

To apply a disposition filter to a dashboard, simply select the "Disposition" input within the list of dashboard filters. You will be presented with a search input on the selection of the filter to type in any disposition your team uses to track outcomes. Once you have selected the appropriate filter, select search to view analysis based on the disposition of your choice.
