Grant Salesforce Login Access

Revenue.io Support will never ask for your password.
If you receive a request from someone pretending to be from Revenue.io, please report it to support@revenue.io

Why would Revenue.io Support need login access to my Salesforce org?

Our support team may ask you to grant temporary login access in order to assist you with a question, issue, or request. This enables us to login to our application using your user in order to troubleshoot and fix issues that may be resulting from a specific configuration or customization in your org.

You must provide explicit permission and duration for the access. No one within Revenue.io Support is able to log in to your Salesforce org without this.

Precautions we take in Salesforce

We recommend granting login access to a Sandbox instance when the issue is reproducible.

When working in a production org, our team will take all precautions in accordance with our security policies to ensure the stability and security of your Salesforce instance. We will leave no trace and observe but do not edit wherever possible.

We may create/modify...

  • Private list views to aid in troubleshooting
  • Setup User Trace Flags and Debug Logs
  • Test records (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Sequences, Sequence Actions)
  • SOQL Queries

We will ask for permission to...

  • Modify users in Salesforce
  • Create/Modify Profiles/Permission sets
  • Execute Apex Scripts via Developer Console
  • Delete non-test records
  • Run package installs/upgrades
