This gives Sales Managers direct control to coach their own teams more effectively by gaining access to the Moments™ Console. Team Supervisors with Moments™ licenses will be able to manage notifications, manage content, and view reports pertaining to the specific Team(s) they supervise.
Enabling Supervisor Access
Prerequisite Criteria:
- User must have a “Supervisor” Role associated with 1 or more Team(s)
- User must have Moments License enabled (ON)
- User must have Administration License disabled (OFF)
Steps to Enable Access
1. In Admin console, navigate to the User Settings page for a particular User
2. In the Overview Tab, scroll to the License section
3. If the prerequisite criteria above are satisfied, the Supervisor User will have access to log into the Moments™ Console
Disabling Access
Steps to Disable AccessTo disable Supervisor Access for a Moments™ user, you can disable the Moments™ license (removes access to configuring and receiving Moments™ notifications entirely), or change the “supervisor” role of the user for associated Teams to “member” role (downgrades the user to Agent access). Make sure to click the “Save” button on the top-right to apply the change.
Create/Manage Notifications
Supervisors with Moments™ access can create new notifications and view/edit existing notifications for the Team(s) and individual(s) they supervise.
Supervisors have limited access to manage notifications and target notifications only for their supervised Team(s) or Individual(s). To take advantage of advanced configurability such as Salesforce Scenarios or leveraging the Templates library, a Supervisor user must be upgraded to an Admin user (requires Administration License).
Note:If there is more than 1 Supervisor with a “Supervisor” role for the same Team, each co-supervisor can jointly manage notifications for the same Team (provided each supervisor user has Supervisor Access enabled).
Steps:
Create/Manage Content
Supervisors with Moments™ access can create new content to be used with notifications that target the Team(s) and Individual(s) they supervise.
While Supervisors can view the entire content repository of all existing content for an account, Supervisors can only manage (edit/delete/link/unlink) the content they have personally created. In other words, Supervisors have restricted access that prevents them from modifying/managing the content created by other Supervisors of unrelated Teams.
However, Supervisors are able to leverage the content that is created by other Admin/Supervisor users by cloning the content to be applied to notifications with their own Teams.
Note:If there is more than 1 Supervisor with a “Supervisor” role for the same Team, each co-supervisor can only manage (edit/delete/link/unlink) the content they have personally created. Content editing is not shared between co-supervisors.

View Reports
Supervisors with Moments™ access can view reports specific to the Team(s) and Individual(s) they supervise.
The data, graphs, and filters shown on Reports pages are scoped only to the Supervisor on the basis of the Teams/Individuals they manage.
