Connect Microsoft Exchange/365 to

In Revenue's Admin Console, users can connect their Microsoft Exchange/365 accounts so they can send and respond to their native email without having to leave Revenue.

Once the integration is complete, users can get valuable insight into how prospects are interacting with their messages. Users can know who opened, clicked, or replied to their emails, and know when. 


Integrating Microsoft account with

Step 1: In Chrome, navigate to Admin Console and Log in

Step 2: In the Admin Console, browse to your My Settings page



Step 3: Select the Integrations tab then click the Add Integration button



Step 4: On the modal window, select Connect beneath the Microsoft logo



Step 4: In the setup wizard enter your Office 365 or Exchange Email. Revenue will automatically detect if you have an Office 365 account and attempt the best email connection based on your email provider. If an Office 365 account is detected, Revenue will integrate via OAuth.

If Office 365 is not detected, Revenue will offer Exchange Server set-up options (see the Completing the Integration for Exchange Users the section below for more.)


Completing the Integration for Office 365 Users

Step 5: If you are using an Office 365 account, Revenue will redirect to the Microsoft Office sign-in page where you will sign in like normal:


Once signed in, Revenue will integrate with your Office 365 email and calendar. You will then be routed back to Admin Console with the message "The Exchange account was successfully connected" displayed.


Completing the Integration for Exchange Users

Step 5: If you are using an Exchange account enter the following information to sign in:

  1. Exchange username
  2. Exchange email
  3. Exchange password
  4. Exchange server address



Select Connect Your Account to complete the process. Once the integration is successful, you will be routed back to Revenue with the message "The Exchange account was successfully connected" displayed. If the integration is not successful please contact your IT team or Exchange Admin to ensure proper credentials were submitted during the setup. 


Removing the Integration for Office 365 Users

To remove the Office365 integration, click the "Remove" button indicated below
