Sending an SMS Message from the Today List
Such as performing a call via the Revenue.io IntelligentRingDNA, SMS message can be sent by select the SMS button from today view.
You may preview the SMS template by clicking the row to expand the card.
On selection of an SMS action, the Revenue.io softphone will be presented in view with the selected record populated into the softphone and the message tab automatically opened. If the SMS action has an associated Revenue.io SMS template the content of the template will be automatically populated into the input box.
Once completed, the sequence action associated with the selected participant record will automatically be removed from agents today view as performed.
The sequence package will automatically associate the resulting SMS activity to the sequence action and mark as performed to close out the SMS task and move on to the next sequence action in the series.
