Reschedule Participant Actions

Guided Selling enables Sequence builders to prescribe the exact timing cadence that best meets your company's needs, but sometimes, something may reason for rescheduling.  Perhaps a lead has an out-of-office reply until a certain date, or you would rather push back a call to the morning. All of this is possible within Guided Selling.  

While rescheduling from Engage enables you to update the timing for an action currently due, rescheduling from the lead/contact page will allow you to reschedule future actions including automatic emails. 

Rescheduling an individual action will automatically reschedule all subsequent actions.  

Reschedule from the Engage view

If you want to reschedule an action on the Engage view:

  1. Click the menu dropdown on the right side of the action
  2. Choose Reschedule 
  3. Select the day and time you want the action to appear on your Engage view next

 

Reschedule current and future actions from the Lead/Contact page

If you want to reschedule an action on the Lead/Contact page:

  1. Scroll to the Guided Selling module
  2. Click the menu dropdown on the right side of the action
  3. Choose Reschedule 
  4. Select the day and time you want the action to appear on your Engage view next
