The Revenue app provides access to a large number of reports which provide insight into Conversation AI, Moments™, and Revenue AI functionality.
Accessing Reports
To access Revenue reports, log into the Revenue app and click on Insights in the left menu:
Search for a Report
All available Moments™, Conversation AI, and Revenue AI reports are visible on the Insights landing page. Each card includes a short description and are grouped by product.
The page can also be filtered using the search field and filter by product field to quickly find relevant reports.
Favorite a Report
Click the star icon to add a report to your favorites section. This allows you to quickly find reports you access the most without having to scroll or search.

Moments™ Reports
Moments™ Reports allow administrators, supervisors, and users to obtain insights into the delivery and adoption of real-time coaching, as well as the changes in rep behaviors and conversation outcomes that result from triggered Moments™ notifications.

Revenue Reports
Revenue Reports provide administrators, supervisors, and users visibility on calling activity, keyword trends, and other key metrics available through Conversation AI, Revenue AI, or Revenue Intelligence in order to see how different rep behavior results in call outcomes.
