How Favorites Work
✅ Step 1: Ask a Question
Start by entering a question into the Revenue AI chat input within an Opportunity or Conversation thread.
You’ll see suggestions load automatically, but you can always type your own question.
⭐ Step 2: Save It to Favorites
If you want to reuse this prompt in the future, click the star icon ⭐ next to your typed question.

A filled star indicates it’s been saved.

You’ll see a brief confirmation toast letting you know it was added.
You can save up to 10 favorites per type (Opportunity, Conversation).
📂 Step 3: View & Insert Your Favorites
Click into the chat input field again, and you’ll see your Favorites at the top of the suggestions list—above any admin-managed prompts.

Your favorites are context-aware—only the relevant favorites will appear depending on whether you're in an Opportunity, Account, or Conversation thread.

Click a favorite to insert it directly into the input field—no typing required.
🗑️ Step 4: Remove a Favorite
To remove a saved prompt:

Hover over the prompt in your favorites list.

Click the filled star icon again.

A toast message will confirm the prompt was removed.
Once removed, the question will no longer appear in your favorites list for that thread type.
Where Favorites Show Up
Favorites appear within the suggestion list—just above any admin-curated suggestions.
This happens when:

The suggestion list opens automatically upon clicking the chat input.

You click the suggestions icon manually.
Favorites are tied to the thread type:

FAQs
Q: Can I favorite prompts that were suggested by the system or admin?
You can only favorite prompts that you type yourself. Admin-suggested prompts are managed separately.
Q: Do favorites sync across different records?
Yes! Your saved Opportunity prompts will be available in any Opportunity thread—and likewise for Conversations.
Q: What happens if I try to save more than 10 prompts for a type?
You’ll need to remove one before adding another. A message will let you know if you’ve hit the limit.
