Accessing the Moments™ Application

Introduction

The Moments™ application is a real-time conversation management tool designed to enhance live interactions by providing users with key insights, notifications, and controls. The Moments™ application provides a centralized experience for managing live conversations, tracking meeting insights, and ensuring efficient workflow integration. Users with different licenses can leverage relevant features, with opportunities to upgrade for additional functionality.

What you can do within the Moments™ Application

  • Receive real-time notifications and checklists to improve conversations.
  • Access live transcription of meetings.
  • Manage meeting participants and their associated Salesforce records.
  • Control the Meeting Assistant, which can join and record Zoom and Google Meet meetings.

The Moments™ application is available to users with specific licenses, ensuring tailored access to relevant features based on user roles and needs.

Access & Requirements

Who Can Access the Moments™ Application?

The application is accessible to users with any of the following licenses:

  • Dialer License
  • Moments™ License
  • Conversation AI License

License-Based Feature Access

Users can open the Moments™ application, but specific features are available based on their license type:

Meeting Details Bar

  • Displays key meeting information in a single row for better usability.
  • Includes:
    • Meeting Title, Date, Duration
    • Recording Status Indicator
    • Participant Icons
    • Invite Meeting Assistant button (if applicable)

Coaching

Notifications

This column presents real-time notifications and checklists into a single space.

  • For Moments™ license holders: Notifications appear in chronological order and disappear when completed.
  • For non-Moments™ users: This section is disabled, with an upsell message explaining the benefits of Moments™

Transcript

Displays a real-time transcript of the conversation.

Participants Panel

Provides a dedicated space to manage meeting participants and their associated Salesforce records.

Users can:

  • View participants in an active meeting.
  • Associate participants with Salesforce lead/contact records.
  • Search for or create new records.
  • Unlink participants from Salesforce records if needed.

Meeting Assistant Controls

Available to Conversation AI and Moments™ users this provides control over the Meeting Assistant. Learn more about the Meeting Assistant.
