Manage Revenue AI Suggestions

Overview

Revenue AI enables users to ask insightful questions about conversations and opportunities using AI-powered chat interfaces. To enhance the quality of responses, admins can curate and manage the suggested prompts available to their teams. This feature ensures that sales leaders can provide contextual starter questions, helping teams extract valuable insights and drive better outcomes.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an admin user to access and manage Revenue AI suggestions.
  • Your account must have at least one allowed Revenue AI license.

Accessing Revenue AI Suggestions

  1. Navigate to the Revenue > Suggestions section of the Admin console.
  2. You will see a page titled Revenue AI Suggestions with three sub-navigation options:
    • Conversation Suggestions (default selection)
    • Opportunity Suggestions
    • Account Suggestions (Asking Questions of an account is coming soon)

Out of the Box Suggestions

To make it easy to get started with asking questions of Conversations, Opportunities, and Accounts, revenue provides you a series of best practice questions to leverage when asking questions of various data models.

Conversation Suggestions

  • Can you highlight any significant moments or turning points in the conversation?

  • Are there any notable quotes or statements made during this conversation?

  • Summarize any objections from this conversation and provide answers in bullet form.

  • Summarize into bullets the customer pain points brought up on the call.

Opportunity Suggestions

  • What business outcomes is the buyer trying to achieve?
  • What challenge is the buyer trying to solve?
  • What alternative software solutions is the buyer considering/evaluating?
  • What factors is the buyer evaluating this solution against?
  • What factors will influence whether or not the buyer purchases?
  • What steps need to be taken to help the buyer make a decision?
  • What concerns does the customer have about moving forward with us?
  • What risks do you foresee in the deal?
  • What does the buying process look like?
  • What does each person involved care about?
  • What timeline is the prospect working towards?

Account Suggestions (Coming Soon)

  • What specific challenges or pain points is the account experiencing today and have they tried to solve this problem before?

  • What are the desired outcomes or business goals the account aims to achieve?

  • What are the biggest objections or concerns raised so far?

  • What are the major risks for the account?

  • What are the risks for account renewal?

  • What alternative solutions is the buyer considering?

  • What’s the buying process and timeline for the account?

  • What are the factors that influence the buyer’s decision process?

  • What are the key takeaways and next steps agreed to?

Managing  Suggestions

Admins can manage the suggested prompts that appear when users interact with Revenue AI. This includes updating or replacing out of the box suggestions or adding custom suggestions based on the needs of your team. 

Viewing Suggestions

Users can view the out of the box and custom suggestions across Conversation, Opportunity, and Account suggestions by selecting the tabs associated with each data model. 

Adding a New Suggestion

Click the Add Suggestion button.

A modal will appear with a text input field.

Enter the new suggestion and click Save.

Editing an Existing Suggestion

Locate the suggestion you want to modify.

Click the action icon next to it and select Edit.

Update the text in the modal and click Save.

Deleting a Suggestion

Locate the suggestion you want to remove.

Click the action icon next to it and select Delete.

Confirm the deletion.

Reordering Suggestions

Click and drag a suggestion to a new position in the list.

The new order will be reflected when users access Revenue AI chat for opportunities.

Using Custom Suggestions in Revenue AI Chat

  • When users access the Revenue AI chat for an opportunity or conversation, the curated suggestions will appear.
  • If there is no chat history, suggestions will be shown by default.
  • Users can also access suggestions by clicking the suggestion icon next to the text input field.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why can't I see the Revenue AI tab?

First, Ensure that you have admin permissions and ensure that you have purchased at least one Revenue AI license 

Can I restore default suggestions after editing them?

No, but you can manually re-add any removed suggestions.

Do changes apply instantly?

Yes, any updates to the suggestions list will immediately reflect in the Revenue AI chat interface.
