Manage Audio Settings in Communication Hub

The Communication Hub allows you to adjust your microphone and speaker settings to ensure the correct device is being used and to ensure the best possible audio quality. You can change these settings either during an active call or from the main Settings page.

How to Change Audio Settings During a Call

  1. Click the Audio Settings button in the call control toolbar

  2. In the dropdown menu, you'll see two sections:
    • Microphone - choose which microphone to use
    • Speaker - choose where you want to hear audio

  3. Select your preferred devices from the drop-down

How to Change Audio Settings from Settings Page

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar

  2. Select your preferred microphone from the dropdown

Important Notes

  • Your selected audio settings will automatically sync with your browser settings
  • Make sure your audio devices are properly connected to your computer
  • Grant browser permissions for microphone and speaker access when prompted

Troubleshooting

If you can't see your audio device:

  • Check that it's properly connected to your computer
  • Verify it works in other applications
  • Make sure you've granted browser permissions for audio access

If your audio device disconnects during a call:

The system will automatically switch to your computer's default audio device. You can select a different device using the Audio Settings menu.
