Business Hours in Salesforce are used to define the start and end times of a user's working day. These hours ensure that automatic email actions within Guided Selling are only performed during the designated working hours of the Guided Selling user.
In Guided Selling, business hours play a crucial role in controlling when automatic email actions are executed. These hours are based on the business hours of the participant action owner (i.e., the Guided Selling user), ensuring that automatic email actions are performed only during the user's designated working hours.
