How to set Automatic Disposition for Voicemail Drop

Voicemail drop enables reps to quickly leave a prerecorded voicemail for prospects. A Revenue admin can set an automatic disposition for voicemail drop, further streamlining the experience.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log into app.revenue.io as admin
  2. On the left, navigate to RingDNA, then Call Actions
  3. Under Automatic Disposition, select the desired disposition for Voicemail Drop
  4. Save

From a user's perspective, as soon as they leave a voicemail drop, they will see the call automatically dispositioned and be ready to move to the next prospect.
