Managing Revenue AI Features

To manage the ability of a user to take advantage of the capabilities of Revenue AI, users can enable the individual features within the Revenue AI license. 

To manage Revenue AI features, an admin can navigate to the User Management page within the Revenue application. 

There they will see a list of all users in their account who have access to the Revenue application (users who hold a Conversation Ai or Moments™ license). 

To update the settings of one of your users select the "" three dot action icon associated with an individual user. 

Once Selection of the action icon, you will be presented with a modal to manage the General, Conversation AI, Moments, and Revenue AI features associated with the user.

Once you are on the Revenue AI tab you will be able to view the granular Revenue AI features that can be enabled for a user. 

If the user does not have an active Revenue AI license you will see a banner to "Activate License." On click this will open up a new tab to the user's corresponding page in the Revenue Admin to provision the license. If you don't have an available license you can request a Revenue AI license from the Revenue.io Team.

If the user selected has a Revenue AI license, you will be able to individually enable or disable each of the Revenue AI features associated with the license:

Select the "Save" button to update the user and apply changes to their account.
