How to Enable Revenue AI
Enabling Revenue AI features requires users to have provisioned a Revenue AI license. Admins can purchase and manage licenses for users in their account to provision to users.
Requirements:
Some basic requirements for using Revenue AI are as follows:
- A user must have a Conversation AI or Moments license to generate Scorecards or Coaching Feedback.
- A conversation must be recorded to leverage the ability to ask a question of a conversation.
- To leverage the ability to ask a question about an opportunity and view opportunity summaries an account must have enabled the Revenue Enhanced Analytics integration.
