How it Works

Coaching Feedback is a Revenue.io generative feature that analyzes a conversation against the methodology they use to drive their sales motion. Administrators can link a methodology to a user via a Revenue Role. When their conversations are analyzed, Revenue AI provides insights into the strengths, areas of improvement, and suggestions for the rep. Coaching Feedback is available to view for individual conversations and within Salesforce.

Viewing Coaching Feedback for a Conversation

For a user to take advantage of Coaching Feedback they must have a Revenue AI license and have the user Coaching Feedback setting enabled. Learn more about Revenue AI licenses and enabling Revenue AI features.

Additionally, a user must have an associated role that contains a Methodology to dynamically analyze their conversations based on their Methodology. Learn more about managing Roles and Methodologies.

Only conversations that are over 4 minutes in duration that have at least 50 spoken words will be eligible to have Coaching Feedback generated.

With Coaching Feedback enabled users can view a generative output of strengths, areas for improvement, overall assessment, and action items based on the methodology associated with the user.ย 

Providing Feedback on Coaching Feedback

Users can provide feedback to Revenue on the performance of Coaching Feedback by selecting a positive thumbs up or negative thumbs down sentiment associated with the feedback.ย 

Following selecting a sentiment, they are presented with a modal asking for additional context into their sentiment

This information once submitted goes to the Revenue team to help to improve Coaching Feedback outputs and improve our products overall.ย 

Copying Coaching Feedback to your Clipboard

Coaching Feedback can be quickly copied to a user's clipboard by selecting the "Copy" icon in line with the Coaching Feedback Sentiment. Once you click the copy icon, the full text of the Coaching Feedback is added to your clipboard to allow you to share it with others or paste it into other applications.ย 

Viewing Coaching Feedback in Salesforce

Package Requirement To view Coaching Summaries in Salesforce, a customer must have installed the ringDNA for Salesforce package v 1.110 or later.

When Coaching Feedback is created, it is pushed directly to Salesforce to enable you to access Coaching Feedback in reports or to view it within individual Conversation record pages.ย 

This allows managers to create quick access to conversations associated with active deals, accounts, or any other context that they have associated with the activity linked to a conversation.ย
