How to Transfer a Call in RingDNA
|While on a live call in RingDNA, click the "Transfer" button|
This will launch the "Transfer Call" window.
On this window, users can enter search criteria to find a transfer recipient (e.g. a user, Call Queue, Call Flow or Favorite), or they can select a user that they have recently transferred to via the "Recent Transfers" table.
Then, they can select one of two options to initiate the transfer:
