Number redaction is a supported feature of Conversation AI that can be enabled by contacting our Support team or your Account Manager.
Redaction can be enabled for all numbers, or for specific types of numbers, such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Payment Card Industry (PCI) information.
Any numbers of the specified type mentioned during a recorded call will be automatically removed from the resulting transcription and call recording. This can include both single and multiple-digit numbers, as well as addresses and dates.
Number redaction is not retroactive and only affects call recordings processed after the feature is enabled. To reprocess existing call recordings, please contact your Account Manager for a professional services evaluation.
