Accessing any product within the Revenue.io portfolio of products requires a Salesforce license. We use Salesforce as the authentication method of our products to ensure that you have the deepest integration possible with Salesforce at the center of your system of record. Below is an overview of the licenses that you can use to access our products. The rule of thumb is that to leverage our applications you need to be on a Salesforce edition that includes or allows you to pay for access to the Salesforce API and that leverages the standard Salesforce lead and contact objects.

Experience Cloud User | ||
A community license works like a standard Salesforce internal license: external users with a member-based license (that is, a license that is assigned to a specific user) are able to access a community as many times as they want. However, external users do not have access to the internal org. The External Identity license is a standalone license that Salesforce customers buy to deliver identity services, like single sign-on and passwordless login, to their customers and partners. To expand user access and capabilities, customers can upgrade their External Identity license to a community license at any time. For more information, see External Identity License Details.
