View a recipient's availability when transferring calls

When initiating a call transfer, there are visual indicators which denote a user's availability in the RingDNA Communications Hub. This lets the initiating agent know whether the intended transfer recipient is available to answer the call transfer.

The three statuses displayed are:

  • Available - The user has set their status to be available for calls.
  • Busy - The user is already on another call or manually set their status to busy indicating they aren't available for a call.
  • Offline - The user is not currently logged in. A transferred call may be sent to a forwarding device or voicemail box.
