View a recipient's availability status when transferring calls

When initiating a call transfer, there are visual indicators which denote a user's availability status in the RingDNA Communications Hub. This lets the initiating agent know whether the intended transfer recipient is available to answer the call transfer.

The three availability statuses are:

  • Available - denoted with a green dot
  • Busy - denoted with a red dot
  • Offline - denoted with a grey dot
