When initiating a call transfer, there are visual indicators which denote a user's availability status in the RingDNA Communications Hub. This lets the initiating agent know whether the intended transfer recipient is available to answer the call transfer.
The three availability statuses are:
- Available - denoted with a green dot
- Busy - denoted with a red dot
- Offline - denoted with a grey dot
