IMPORTANT: Before Microsoft Teams meetings can be recorded and ingested into ConversationAI, each user should:
- Be enabled for the Teams integration and have their Teams ID linked to their Revenue.io user
- Have a User Recording Policy assigned in Teams which enables Revenue.io to capture the meeting.

Install the Revenue.io Microsoft Teams App
Each user will need to install the Revenue App within Microsoft Teams
Step 1: Within Microsft Teams, Click on Apps
Step 2: Click on the Revenue app within the "Built for our org" section
Step 3: Click the Add button
Step 4: Right-click on App Icon and Pin it for easy access
Starting and Stopping Recording of Meeting In-Progress
Each time you join a Microsoft Teams meeting that you organized, you will receive a chat message from Revenue with a button that allows you to start or stop the recording of your meeting.
If the meeting is not recording already, the button will say Start Recording. Clicking the button will cause the meeting to start recording, and the button will then change to Stop Recording, so you can also stop the recording at any time
If the meeting is already recording, the button will say Stop Recording. Clicking the stop recording will cause the meeting to stop recording, and the button will then change to Start Recording, so you can also Start the recording back up at any time.
Anytime a Microsoft Teams meeting is being recorded, all users on the call will see the standard Microsoft Teams meeting recording notification.
Setting Recording Status of Future Meetings
To set the recording status of a future meeting to automatically record (or not record) before the meeting starts,
First, Click on the meeting within your Microsoft Teams Calander.
Second, click on the copy URL icon on the right of the meeting URL so that the meeting join URL is copied
Third, Click on the Revenue App icon, or find the last chat message from Revenue, Paste the URL into the chat message and hit enter to send the message.
Finally, the Revenue chat will respond with a card allowing you to click to have the meeting setup to automatically record once you join the meeting.
Enabling/Disabling Automatic Recordings
There setting to Automatically Record Microsft Teams meetings is something that can be enabled by an Admin as a default setting for an entire org/company, OR, an Admin can also enable individual users to be able to enable or disable Automatic recordings.
If user-level control of automatic recordings has been enabled by your account Admin, then within the Revenue chat, type the word "Settings" and hit enter.
The Revenue chat will then respond with a card allowing the user to turn on/off Automatic Recordings
Anytime a Microsoft Teams meeting is being recorded, all users on the call will see the standard Microsoft Teams meeting recording notification.
