Who can manage Sequences?
Your level of access depends on your Salesforce Permission Set and Revenue.io licence. See Guided Selling permission sets for details.
Sequence Agent
Users with a Guided Selling licence and Sequence Agent permission set can open sequences they have access to and review configuration, lifecycle status, metrics, actions, and participant information.
Sequence Admin
Users with the Sequence Admin permission set can do everything a Sequence Agent can, plus:
- Edit sequences: Change name, criteria, actions, timing, delegation, and other settings where the lifecycle status permits.
- Clone sequences: Open a copy as an editable Draft, review or modify it, then save and activate it when ready.
- Deactivate and reactivate sequences: Temporarily stop a sequence without retiring it.
- Delete sequences: Permanently delete Draft sequences or use Safe Delete to retire Active and Inactive sequences while preserving historical data.
Deleting an Active or Inactive sequence does not erase its history. Safe Delete removes it from normal workflows and selection surfaces while retaining historical Sequence Association, task, and attribution records.
