Participant Overview

The Participant Overview shows enrollment and progress for a participant in a Sequence. You can see this from a Lead or Contact record, or by clicking a records Progress on the Participant Tab in Guided Selling.

The table of Actions is similar to the Engage View, but there are some key differences:
- Actions shown in the Participant layout belong exclusively to that participant.
- All sequence actions are displayed, including past, present, and future actions.
From the Participant Overview, you can also take common participant-level actions:
- Add or Remove from a Sequence: Enroll a Lead or Contact in an eligible sequence, or manually remove them when needed.
- Create Quick Actions: Create one-off scheduled actions for a participant, even when a full sequence update is unnecessary.
- Send Standalone Emails: Send a one-off email directly from the participant record outside sequence workflow.
- Reschedule an Action: Move a participant’s action to a new due date and time.
- Skip an Action: Skip an action that is no longer needed and advance to the next step.
