Skip an Action

Use the Participants tab or the Participant Overview Module to skip an action when that step is no longer needed for a participant.

Skip an action from Participants

To skip an action from the Participants tab:

Open the action menu from the overview module

• Click the menu dropdown on the right side of the action.
• Select Skip.

Confirm skip from the overview module

• Confirm that you want to skip the action.
• The action is skipped and the participant advances to the next step.

Skip an action from the Participant Overview Module

To skip an action from the Participant Overview Module:

Open the action menu

• Click the menu dropdown on the right side of the action.
• Select Skip.

Confirm skip

• Confirm that you want to skip the action.
• The action is skipped and the participant advances to the next step.
