Reschedule an Action

Use the Participants tab or the Participant Overview Module to move an action to a different date and time.

Reschedule an action from Participants

To reschedule an action from the Participants tab:

Open the Action Menu from the overview module

  • Click the menu dropdown on the right side of the action.
  • Select Reschedule.

Choose a New Date and Time from the overview module

  • Select the day and time when you want the action to appear next.
  • The action is updated with the new Expected Execution Date.

Reschedule an action from the Participant Overview Module

To reschedule an action from the Participant Overview Module:

Open the Action Menu

  • Click the menu dropdown on the right side of the action.
  • Select Reschedule.

  • Select the day and time when you want the action to appear next.
  • The action is updated with the new Expected Execution Date.
