You can manage actions from the Participants tab, the Participant Overview Module, or Engage, depending on your preferred workflow.
Work from Engage
Most users work from Engage to handle actions in real time as they become due.
Skip single or multiple actions and move participants to the next step.
Change the due date and time for single or multiple actions.
Complete, skip, reschedule, or send in bulk for selected actions.
Work from the Participant
Use the Participants tab when you want to filter by Company or Sequence, focus on participants you own, and update actions for that targeted group.
Use the Participant Overview Module on a Lead or Contact record when you are handling follow-up from a one-off conversation and need to adjust that participant’s future actions. You can also create and schedule one-off outreach from this view.
Skip selected participant actions from the Participants tab or Overview Module.
Move a participant action to a new due date and time from the Participant tab or Overview Module.
Schedule a standalone Action that is not tied to a sequence step.
Send a standalone email directly from the Participant Overview Module.
