Guided Selling v13 and later

Add Salesforce fields to your personal Engage view so the columns shown in Engage match your workflow.

Administrators control which Salesforce fields are available by managing the Guided Selling Field Sets for Leads and Contacts. Each rep then chooses which of those available fields to show in their own Engage view.

Before you start

The field must first be included in the appropriate Guided Selling Field Set by a Salesforce Administrator.

If a field you need is not available, ask your administrator to add it. For administrator instructions, see Add Custom Fields in Guided Selling.

Add or remove custom fields

  1. Open the Engage tab.
  2. Click Settings .
  3. Find the Engage column settings.
  4. Add the Salesforce fields you want to display as columns.
  5. Remove fields you no longer want to display.
  6. Save your changes, if prompted.

Your selections apply to your personal Engage view and do not change the columns selected by other users.

Filter and sort custom fields

Custom fields added to Engage support the same filtering and sorting behavior as built-in Engage columns.

If a selected field does not exist for a particular participant record, that field appears blank for that row.

Built-in Engage columns are managed separately through the Visibility settings. See Choose Built-in Columns in Engage.
