Set Batch Owner
Set the Batch Owner to designate which user runs Guided Selling’s automated batch processes. The Batch Owner is the user account under which key batch jobs execute—including jobs that update sequence actions, update participant statuses, manage sequence enrollments, and handle other critical background operations.
When Guided Selling executes batch operations (such as processing scheduled actions or automated participant enrollment), these processes run under the Batch Owner’s user context. For a complete overview of these batch jobs and their functions, see the Batch Jobs reference.
