Custom Settings

Role:
Salesforce Administrator

Guided Selling uses additional Custom Settings in Salesforce, which can only be modified by a Salesforce Administrator.

Navigate to Custom Settings

  1. Open Salesforce Setup (gear icon in the Salesforce header).
  2. In Quick Find, search for Custom Settings and open the Custom Settings page.
  3. Find GS_Public Settings in the list and click Manage.

Available Custom Salesforce Settings

Enable Inactive Processing
Enable Dynamic Date Hourly
Enable Delegation Association
Configure Frequency of Delegation Job
Enable Attribution
Recipients for Errors
Throw Exceptions
