Sequence Analytics
Guided Selling displays summary analytics for each Sequence. These metrics provide a high-level view of participation, progression, conversion, and attributed revenue for the selected Sequence.
The available metrics can vary based on the Sequence record type and the data available for that Sequence.
Sequence Metrics
When you open a Sequence, Guided Selling can display the following metrics:

| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active Participants | Number of Sequence Associations for the Sequence that currently have an Active association status. |
| Exited Participants | Number of participants represented by completed Sequence Associations, together with applicable legacy participant sequence history retained from earlier Guided Selling versions. |
| Conversion Rate | For Sequences with Lead participation, the percentage of Lead participants represented in current associations and applicable legacy history whose Lead has been converted. This metric appears when conversion data is available. |
| Closed Won Revenue | Total Opportunity Amount from applicable Closed Won Opportunities associated with or attributed to the Sequence. This metric is shown where applicable. |
| Average TouchPoints | Number of performed Participant Actions for the Sequence divided by the combined number of active and exited participants. |
Sequence Action Performance
The Sequence detail view also includes analytics for each Sequence Action, including Skipped, Completed, and supported Outcome metrics.
See Action Analytics for the current Sequence Action metric definitions.
Understanding the Metrics
Sequence Analytics use Guided Selling records stored in Salesforce, including Sequence Associations, Participant Actions, and applicable historical or attribution records.
Because some metrics combine current records with retained historical data, the exact population used by one metric may differ from another. Use these metrics to understand overall Sequence performance and trends, and use Salesforce reporting when you need record-level analysis of a specific population.
